PLAN YOUR VISIT

We’re so glad you’ll be joining us at Cain Center for the Arts for an upcoming event! We’ve put together some resources to help you plan your visit, including where to park, where to eat, where to stay, and what else to do here. Please also review this webpage with other important information to know before your event. 

PARKING

Please review parking information and a parking map here.  Free public parking is available in the area at a first-come first-served basis. Please note that parking in the Oak St. Mill parking lot is not permitted and may result in your vehicle being towed. 

SEATING

For most events at Cain Center for the Arts, you choose your seat during the ticket buying process. Your seat can be in your preferred section and at your preferred price point. Accessible seating is also available; more information about Cain Center’s accessibility measures can be found here.

TICKETS

Most events at Cain Center for the Arts are ticketed events. All tickets will be emailed directly to the email address on file, and will come from ETIX, our ticketing provider. If you have not received your tickets via email after purchase, please check your junk or spam account for a message from ETIX.

When you arrive at Cain Center, please have your tickets on your phone or printed off. If you are unable to download or print your tickets, please email tickets@cainarts.org. You can view our ticketing policies and procedures here.

TIMING

For most events at Cain Center for the Arts, the lobby is open one hour before the event starts. Doors to the theatre will typically open 30 minutes before an event is scheduled to begin. Concessions will be available pre-show for most events. 

CONCESSIONS

Cain Center for the Arts opens a full bar with wine, beer, spirits, and snacks available. Concessions and alcohol will typically be available for purchase pre-show and during intermission. Cain Center for the Arts is a cashless facility; concession stands and bars only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

Please note that no outside food, beverage or beverage containers are allowed. Only Cain Center for the Arts drinkware is permitted.

PATIO

Weather permitting, please consider arriving early and enjoying the Cain Center Patio located off the first floor lobby. In winter months or inclimate weather, the patio will not be open, but a free coat check will usually be available.
