Course Description: Learn skills in contemporary stitchery to create fabulous fiber art! After choosing delightful fabrics for this project, you will learn a dozen bold stitches like Bullion and Brazilian embroidery to enhance the fabric with a variety of fibers, old jewelry, and beads. Texture will include fabric manipulation, padding, and found objects. Coaching on color theory and composition will help you create a stunning piece of art for table or wall! No previous stitching experience is necessary.
