Colored Pencil Foundations: Drawing from Nature

Colored Pencil Foundations: Drawing from NatureCain Center for the Arts: Classroom 115 Sept. 11 – Oct. 16, 2025  Price: $175.00    Thursdays, 4:30PM – 6:00PM   Instructor: Lisa Albinus   This six-week course introduces adult students to the fundamentals of colored pencil drawing through nature-based studies. Each class will focus on building essential skills, including shading, layering, color blending, and creating the illusion of depth and texture.   Students will begin with value scales and basic color theory, then apply these concepts to draw simple natural forms such as sticks and berries. Join the Academy of Dance & Fine Arts for their Spring Concerts on Saturday, May 17, 2025.    You’ll be thrilled to watch our tiniest of dancers shine on stage for their first performances and star-struck by our pre-professional dancers’ last performances before entering collegiate dance and the professional dance world. Our Company show will provide entertainment from award-winning choreography that will leave you inspired by the dance arts.    A show for all ages, enjoy two Disney Mania Studio Shows at 10:00am and 1:00pm, and the ADFA Company show at 4:00pm. (each show requires it’s own ticket)

Acting Out Studio’s End of Year Showcase is our biggest event of the season—where our talented students hit the stage and shine! From big laughs to wow-worthy performances, this is a celebration of all the hard work, creativity, and confidence our students have built all year long. Get ready to cheer, clap, and maybe even shed a proud tear or two. Let’s celebrate the stars of AOS!

Bridge Lunch WK 6

Parents must register their child for the Bridged Lunch during the camp registration process. The child must be registered for a morning, and afternoon camp on the same day, in the same week. Cain Center for the Arts will not provide lunch for Bridged Lunch campers. No drop-ins will be allowed. Parents will be charged a fee of $15 on top of the $55.00 fee registration fee. Parents who fail to register their students may result in their student being removed from the camp with no refund. Campers are required to bring their own lunch. LUNCH WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.$55Discounts are not available for Bridge Lunch.
