Charlotte Jesters
Forget the 485 traffic and the “Uptown vs. Downtown” debate—the only thing you need to worry about is where you’re going to park your ego. The Charlotte Jesters are taking over for a night of premier stand-up that’s fresher than a local craft brew in South End and sharper than a Hornets’ stinger. This isn’t just another night out; it’s a high-octane comedy showcase featuring three of the CLT’s funniest residents. From the quirky arts district vibes of NoDa to the banking towers of the city center, these comics have seen it all and are ready to roast the city we love. Meet the Court The Expectant Father – Alex King: With a stage presence as polished as a SouthPark condo, Alex brings a smooth, charismatic energy that proves why he’s a crown jewel of the local circuit. Alex’s wife is pregnant with his first child. The Hubby – Loic Adjevi: Bringing a perspective as unique as the planes at the Airport Overlook, Loic’s clever, high-concept wit will leave you laughing all the way back to Ballantyne. Loic is a newlywed husband. The Fiancé – Sean Kett: Delivering a set more reliable than a “Bread and Milk” run before a light dusting of snow, Sean finds the hilarious truth in the everyday grind of the Carolinas. Sean is getting married next year. The Boyfriend – Mont Creamer: Mont Creamer brings a unique background as a former team mascot, and public golf course heckler, and blends it with an everyman quality that you can’t help but love. Mont Creamer is dating and things are heating up – they just moved in together. All prices are subject to change.
