Before submitting a rental inquiry at Cain Center for the Arts, please consider:

• No date is guaranteed or should be considered firm until a signed contract is executed and all applicable deposits are received.
• All performance hall requests should be submitted 6 months in advance of preferred rental date. All classroom, lobby or dance studio requests should be submitted 60 days in advance of preferred rental date.
• Inquiries are considered on based on space availability and are considered in the order in which they are received.
